They come in 3 catergories, as listed below and all cakes are priced according to the flavour chosen.
They are all made with the freshest locally sourced pure ingredients. I even try to use Organic or home grown produce when it is available.
I will not use additives, preservatives or artificial flavours or colours.
At any time if it is necessary to use an ingredient which has a presevative, colourant or sulphite, you will be notified.
I will make Special requests, as long as it is in my power to do so.
