As cake designers we will take the time needed to properly customise your cake.
There are hours of preparation that go into a cake, long before it is even seen. Some cakes take 3-6 weeks to prepare all the different components, even before the cake is baked. If the cake is adorned with flowers, figurines or other intricate details, the assembly can take 16-18 hours and sometimes longer.
All the cakes are fully layered, lightly syruped and masked with either buttercream or ganache. They are then covered with a thin layer of fondant resulting in a superior look and taste.
For weddings, it is important to remember that we will need time. 3-6 months notice is usually required, 6-9 months is preferred, as some dates book out quickly, especially in the summer months.
